Choose a manufacturer

Pick a gluten-free line, or plan the shared-plant statement
If the plant also handles gluten, the pack must say “Processed in a plant where gluten containing products are manufactured”.

Test gluten by an AOAC method (R5 ELISA)
The claim needs a lab result under 20 mg/kg; test every new batch source at first.
